High School Oral Interpretation takes place in the fall.  Categories students can choose are:

• Oratory
• Serious Reading
• Storytelling
• Humorous
• Poetry
• Duet
• Reader's Theater

2015 District Contest

Contest Dates:   

• District Contest at Mitchell (Dakota Wesleyan University) -- November 1, 2016
• Region Contest at Mitchell (Dakota Wesleyan University) --  November 15, 2016
• State Festival in Harrisburg - December 2 & 3, 2016

JH Oral Interp

Junior High Oral Interp takes place in January, February and March of 2017.  We attend the Cornbelt Conference Contest in Freeman on March 2, 2017.  There are two divisions:  7th grade and 8th grade.  Students have four categories to choose from:

• Humorous
• Oratory
• Poetry
• Drama
